Mr Ian McCubbing
Chairman
Mr McCubbing is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years corporate experience including investment banking experience, principally in the areas of corporate finance and M&A. Ian has spent more than twelve years working with the ASX-listed companies in senior finance roles, including positions as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in industrial and mining companies, including most recently as the Chief Financial Officer of GRD Limited.
Mr McCubbing is currently a Director of Swick Mining Services Limited, Mirabela Nickel Limited and Kasbah Resources Limited. He was previously a Director of Territory Resources and Northern Mining Limited.
Mr Peter Mills
Director
Mr Mills is a qualified engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia. He has extensive experience in the upstream Oil and Gas business in Technical and General Management roles working in Europe, Northern Africa, Asia and Australia.
Over the past 29 years he has worked for Woodside, BHP Petroleum, Hess and Premier Oil in areas of field development, operations management, joint venture management and commercial negotiation. He retains a strong technical involvement in oil and gas operations, particularly in field development, production optimisation and the application of technology to enhance production and value. His most recent work has focused on development of "unconventional" tight gas reservoirs.
Peter's more recent roles have been President of Premier Oil Indonesia, President of Hess Indonesia and Technical Manager for Hess UK.
Mr Mark Wilson
Non-Executive Director
Mr Wilson is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer with an Associateship in Civil Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia.
He has an extensive business background, mainly in corporate management and project engineering.
This has included site management of remote construction projects, ten years of commercial construction as a founding proprietor of a Perth based company and the past sixteen years in executive, non-executive, consulting and owner roles in resource focused companies. Mark is Managing Director of Legend Mining, and served as a Director of Duketon Goldfields NL in 1995/1996 and of Cambrian Resources NL (Servicepoint Ltd) from 1999 to 2003.
