Mr Ian McCubbing
Acting Chairman
Mr McCubbing is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years corporate experience including investment banking experience, principally in the areas of corporate finance and M&A. Ian has spent more than twelve years working with the ASX-listed companies in senior finance roles, including positions as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in industrial and mining companies, including most recently as the Chief Financial Officer of GRD Limited.
He is a non-Executive Director of Territory Resources and previously a Director of Northern Mining Limited.
Mr Michael Price
Director
B Econ, MBA, FAICD
Mr Price has broad commercial experience via an extensive career in the finance sector variously holding responsibility for business and risk portfolios. Post leaving the finance sector he was the Chief Operating Officer for one of Australia’s largest property funds management businesses with responsibility for 17 public trusts prior to its sale. Mr Price is currently a director of a number of private investment companies.
Mr Mark Wilson
Non-Executive Director
Mr Wilson is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer with an Associateship in Civil Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia.
He has an extensive business background, mainly in corporate management and project engineering.
This has included site management of remote construction projects, ten years of commercial construction as a founding proprietor of a Perth based company and the past sixteen years in executive, non-executive, consulting and owner roles in resource focused companies. Mark is Managing Director of Legend Mining, and served as a Director of Duketon Goldfields NL in 1995/1996 and of Cambrian Resources NL (Servicepoint Ltd) from 1999 to 2003.
Mr Alex Neuling
Company Secretary
Mr Neuling is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 10 years corporate and financial experience including 6 years as director, chief financial officer & / or secretary of various ASX-listed companies in the oil & gas, mineral exploration, biotechnology and mining services sectors. Prior to those roles, Alex worked at Deloitte in London and Perth. Alex also holds an honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and is principal of Erasmus Consulting Pty Ltd, which provides company secretarial and financial management consultancy services to a variety of ASX-listed and other companies.
Alex was also Company Secretary and Director of Eureka from June 2006 to May 2009.
